Job summary

Akkodis invites applications for an on-site ATM system support role in Dubai. You will participate in pre-warranty and warranty activities for Dubai New ATM and TopSky-ATC systems, configuring equipment per design and coordinating interfaces with internal teams.

You will travel to project sites in Dubai and possibly Melbourne for knowledge transfer, performing first-line maintenance and assisting with PCRs, RRFs, and software updates as guided by factory teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a similar technical domain.
• Experience installing and integrating complex computer systems (network switches, servers, firewalls).
• Hands-on with Cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance to fulfill warranty requirements for Dubai ATM and TopSky-ATC systems.
• Implement configurations and parameters per detailed designs.
• Travel to Dubai project sites to ensure availability metrics.
