Job summary

MVP Tech GT LLC seeks a Maintenance Engineer in Dubai to manage security systems projects, plan maintenance work, and hand over to clients. You will ensure all infra needs—Networking, CCTV, ACS, IDS and power—are ready, enabling smooth on-site operations.

Responsibilities include fault monitoring, root cause analysis, PPMs, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely repairs. Strong technical hands-on skills and clear communication are required for effective on-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in Education.
• 3 years of work experience in security systems disciplines.
• Very good communication and technical hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of fault logs and immediate fault identification.
• Liaison with Client, IT, FM, AP, Site Resources, MVP to ensure fault rectification.
• Root cause analysis and reporting of faults.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend remedial actions during PPMs or Call-Outs.
• Complete records of faults, PPMs and Call-Outs.
• Ensure all systems are connected to Control Room/Security Office.
• Maintain system firmware, security patches, and uniform configurations across the portfolio.
• Maintain and secure end-user passwords and security protocols.
• Advise client on firmware upgrades and enhancements; provide end-user refresher training if needed.
• Maintain and administer security networks and related computing environments.
• Implement network security measures per IT standards.
• Operate master consoles to monitor system performance and coordinate access.
• Perform routine startup/shutdown procedures and maintain control records.
• Monitor system performance to determine future changes.
• Maintain logs for system network functions and maintenance.
• Communicate with technicians during PPMs and Call-Outs.
• Oversee technicians on-site and coordinate daily progress with Senior Technicians.
