Job summary

Thehseleader UAE seeks an Associate QHSES Assurance Specialist to support QHSES procedures and drive system reliability across projects. You will work with teams to implement, train, and monitor QHSES activities while aligning documentation to current system functionality.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, data imports, audits, and ensuring compliance with 9001/14001/45001 standards. Degree plus Lead Auditor qualification required for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; degree equivalency may be required by MoHESR.
• Lead Auditor Qualification for 9001, 14001, or 45001.
• Three years of EPC construction and fabrication experience.
• Knowledge of system design, development, testing, integration, and implementation.
• Experience with System Admin over QHSES Systems and data imports.

Responsibilities

• Drive QHSES strategic thinking and action across the organization.
• Perform routine QHSES system reliability training for all end users.
• Monitor for effectiveness and assist in solving standard problems within the QHSES system.
• Support project teams with system implementation, metrics, and reporting.
• Review specifications to ensure they meet product requirements.
• Gather input from users to align docs with system functionality.
• Process legacy data imports from previous systems into current QHSES.
• Maintain project profiles and records when approvers change.
• Assist in monthly QHSES KPI reports for Directors.
• Set priorities to ensure timely task completion.
• Assist with internal and external audits as per plan.
• Update procedures and upload into UNIFI timely.
