Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8+ years of quality-related experience in EPC construction or fabrication.
• Strong understanding of assurance systems, quality controls, and audit principles.
• Internal Auditor training in ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9110 or equivalent is preferred.
• Lean and continuous-improvement practices are important.
• Document-management knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of a new organizational management system.
• Coordinate with functional process experts on significant quality-system initiatives.
• Engage Quality Directors when resolving complex issues with cross-functional implications.
• Configure and maintain document attributes for reliable quality-system reporting.
• Support removal of outdated practices and documents from systems.
• Train new team members in relevant systems, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Help establish and enforce standard templates for documents.
• Advise process owners on document creation, classification, organization, and management.
• Track execution-plan activities and provide progress reports to management.
• Encourage functions to integrate quality-management principles into daily work.
• Draft, structure, edit, and maintain procedures and engineering documentation.
• Ensure consistency of language, structure, terminology across documents.
• Simplify content without sacrificing technical accuracy.
• Control updates and revisions to technical literature.
• Review documents for clarity, grammar, spelling, and consistency.
• Prepare and assess procedures and work instructions.
• Assist proposal teams with quality-related content for bids.
• Conduct scheduled internal and external audits and issue reports.
• Manage quality KPIs, indicators, and performance-monitoring processes.
• Analyze performance trends to identify risks and improvements.
• Establish action plans and verify improvements for compliance.
• Lead root-cause investigations into quality failures.
• Share specialist knowledge with colleagues for development.
