RAQMEA is seeking a driven Project Manager to own delivery end-to-end in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will coordinate with customers and technical teams, take initiative, and shape how delivery is executed within RAQMEA.

You will work across Agile and Waterfall projects, driving timelines and risks while ensuring accountability. This role offers real ownership and exposure to leadership, with opportunities for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Take initiative and show ownership rather than waiting for direction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Structured thinker with proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to IT or digital project delivery and Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
• Drive timelines, manage risks, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Support delivery in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Use tools like MS Planner and ServiceNow SPM for project management.
• Identify gaps and proactively improve ways of working.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Project Manager who is ready to step up, take ownership, and grow quickly within a fast-paced delivery environment. This is not a “status reporting” role. You will be trusted to own projects end-to-end, work closely with customers and technical teams, and play a key role in shaping how delivery is executed at RAQMEA.
