• Proven individual billing track record and ability to win new clients.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability and ambition to independently build and lead a recruitment practice.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our Dubai office at the Associate Principal / Principal level to lead and grow our Technology recruitment practice. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience with a reputed recruitment agency or executive search firm in the UAE / Middle East, with a strong track record in 360° recruitment. The role involves building the Technology practice, winning new clients, developing strategic relationships, delivering senior-level mandates and driving revenue growth. We welcome professionals recruiting for technology businesses as well as technology functions across other industries.

Practice Coverage

• Technology Industry: Software, SaaS, IT Services, Fintech, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Enterprise Technology.
• Technology Functions: CIO, CTO, CDO, IT Leadership, Digital Transformation, Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Cybersecurity across industries.
