Qualifications
- 15+ years UAE real estate experience with residential and commercial leasing.
- Proven track record delivering leasing revenue targets.
- Experience developing and implementing portfolio-level leasing strategies.
- Strong understanding of UAE property market dynamics and regulations (DLD/RERA).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement overarching leasing strategy for residential and commercial assets.
- Optimize occupancy, renewals, and pricing to maximize revenue.
- Lead Leasing and Leasing Administration teams; set targets and monitor performance.
- Manage end-to-end leasing transactions with internal stakeholders.
- Forge and manage relationships with UAE brokers and channel partners.
