Job summary

JLL in Dubai seeks an experienced Associate Project Manager to lead complex commercial interior fit-out projects in the UAE. You will develop teams, drive delivery, and grow client relationships across Fortune 500-level accounts.

You bring 8–12 years in construction project management, a degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering (Masters preferred), and demonstrated leadership of multi-million-dollar projects. UAE experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing projects valued at $1M individually.
• UAE experience.

• Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development
• Establish best practices standards and methodologies for project delivery
• Mentor and develop junior project management staff
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects ranging from $500K to $10M

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our Fit-Out team in UAE. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex large-scale commercial interior construction projects while developing team capabilities and driving business growth. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3 years in leadership or supervisory role
• Experience managing projects valued at $1M individually
• UAE experience

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP CCM or other relevant professional certifications
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients and enterprise-level projects
• Background in corporate real estate or facility management
• Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
• Expertise in fit-out construction including MEP systems technology integration and workplace design
