You will build relationships with CFOs, banks, and investors, manage end-to-end funding cycles, and drive high-value advisory across working capital, term loans, and private equity funding.

This role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and requires deep industry connections and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or financial advisory.
• Strong network with banks, private equity firms, and financial decisionmakers.
• Deep understanding of working capital finance, term loans, project finance, and structured funding.
• Ability to independently generate leads, negotiate deals, and execute transactions.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• No fixed salary; compensation is purely commission-based.

This role is ideal for exbankers financial consultants or senior finance professionals who have strong industry connections and the ability to bring in highvalue financial advisory clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire corporate clients in need of bank finance structured finance and private equity funding.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with CFOs business owners financial decisionmakers and investors.
  
• Engage with banks financial institutions and private equity firms to structure and arrange funding for clients.
