WPP Media seeks a creative Associate, Designer to support the People Team with design and development of engaging visuals for internal communications. You will craft presentations, digital flyers, emailers and more, focusing on brand-consistent visuals and clear storytelling.

Ideal for recent graduates or early-career designers passionate about visuals, branding and collaboration. Hybrid work four days a week with opportunities for growth within a global marketing network.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or early-career designers are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work is required.

Responsibilities

• Design professional and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for the People Team.
• Create digital flyers, posters, announcements, and internal communication materials.
• Design emailers, newsletters, banners, and digital assets for employee campaigns.
• Develop materials for employee engagement, learning and development, wellbeing, culture and events.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all designs.
• Collaborate with People Team stakeholders to understand briefs and audiences.
• Adapt designs for different formats and channels.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
• Organize design files and assets; maintain templates.
