Job description

Role Summary
The designer will create graphics tailored to specific commercial or promotional needs, including social media content, banner ads, eDMs, digital campaign visuals, packaging, displays, and logos. This role requires a blend of creative talent and technical proficiency in industry software, along with a professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines. The designer will handle multiple projects simultaneously, allocating time based on the significance of each job.

• Role Profile
• Client Engagement: Meet with internal clients and brand managers to discuss business objectives and project requirements.
• Concept Development: Interpret client needs and develop design concepts that align with their goals.
• Presentation: Present finalized ideas and concepts while contributing innovative design solutions to enhance the overall brief.
• Design Solutions: Deliver insightful, value-added design solutions to address client branding challenges.
• Project Execution: Follow digital and offline briefs from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to creative timelines.
• Workflow Management: Manage workflow effectively, maintaining accuracy and collaboration with account services and creative leaders.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive creative environment by demonstrating a team player attitude and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve results.
• Visual Innovation: Take responsibility for the conception, design, and execution of innovative visual materials.
• Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• Experience: Minimum of three years in the graphics or advertising industry, or equivalent experience.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic is essential.
• Technical Skills: Expert knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design Capabilities: Experience in creating digital designs, including banner ads, social media content, eDMs, and landing pages.
• Marketing Communication: Strong background in marketing communication design.
