Qualifications

• Must be an Emirati national with a family book.
• 0-1 year experience in graphic design or related field.
• Recent graduates or interns are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with Canva and PowerPoint required; familiarity with Adobe CC.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging PowerPoint presentations for the People Team.
• Create digital flyers, posters, announcements, and internal materials.
• Design emailers, newsletters, banners, and digital assets for campaigns.
• Develop materials for engagement, learning, wellbeing, culture and events.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand briefs and audiences.
• Adapt designs for different formats and channels.
• Revise based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
• Organize design files and assets; maintain templates.
• Develop reusable templates and visual resources for the team.
