Job summary

The Associate Data Administrator Maintenance at IFFCO Group will support maintenance operations across facilities in the UAE. You will coordinate preventive tasks, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety and compliance while overseeing CCTV and door access controls. This role emphasizes accuracy in records and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with internal teams and service providers, handling ERP SAP activities and maintenance budgets under the Line Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in ERP SAP and maintenance coordination in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with maintenance coordination and ERP SAP processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Manage ERP SAP operations: item codes, PRs, reservations, WO closures.
• Maintain CCTV and door access control systems.
• Update and maintain audit documents and maintenance records.
• Prepare and submit maintenance status reports.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain relationships for future needs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for maintenance activities.
• Assist in budget development and management.
• Take on additional tasks as required by the Line Manager.

Description

Job Summary

The Associate Administrator-Maintenance will be responsible for assisting in maintenance operations within the Organization. This role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the facility's operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the management of CCTV systems and door access controls.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Schedule and oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks for all equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• ERP , SAP operations like Item code creations, Purchase requisition creation, material reservation, Work order closing, etc.
• Prepare and Maintain the spares Min and Max level
• Manage the door access control systems, including issuing and deactivating access cards or codes.
• Maintain and update all the audit documents like Preventive maintenance records, Calibration records, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and inventory of supplies.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance status, including any issues or concerns.
• Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of maintenance work
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain relationships for future service needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to maintenance activities
• Execute the required Modifications to improve the reliability of equipment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the facility.
• Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget.
• Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training)

• Timely ERP SAP entry works like Purchase requisition, Reservation, Work order closure, etc.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/ Mechanical

Work Experience

• Min 5 Years experience with Exposure to ERP SAP , Maintenance coordination a Manufacturing Industry

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures for equipment, ERP SAP, Sapres management
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and management.
