Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a proactive Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for a luxury 5-star hotel. You will independently manage manpower requisitions, sourcing, selection, offers, pre-employment checks, and seamless onboarding, aligning with brand standards and guest experience.

The role demands strong luxury hospitality recruiting knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to multitask across vacancies and priorities

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably within a luxury 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience recruiting at both operational and supervisory/management levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills, with experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, databases, and direct sourcing methods.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employment documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from approved manpower requisition through to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job profiles, and recruitment priorities.
• Prepare and post vacancies across appropriate recruitment channels, including ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Proactively source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through direct sourcing, talent pools, referrals, agencies, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct HR interviews and competency-based assessments where required.
• Coordinate and manage interviews with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Manage reference checks, background verification, pre-employment documentation, and other recruitment formalities.
• Own the onboarding process from offer acceptance through joining, ensuring all required documentation and pre-employment requirements are completed on time.
• Prepare and coordinate new joiner documentation, induction schedules, welcome arrangements, and orientation activities.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, open days, university recruitment, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality schools, universities, and other external recruitment partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
