Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager Retail to join the Retail team. The role focuses on supporting store operations, guiding a luxury team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience at our UAE resort.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Retail Management or related field and 3–5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, including supervisory experience. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is preferred.

• 3–5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in partnership with Store Operations Manager.
• Supervise and motivate team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
• Ensure product displays and store presentation meet Wynn’s luxury standards.
• Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and coordinate with procurement.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance trends.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in staff training, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Implement promotions and support marketing initiatives.
• Uphold Wynn’s brand values and create a refined guest experience.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Retail to join our Retail team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Operations Manager in overseeing all aspects of retail operations
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Ensure product displays and store presentation align with Wynn’s luxury standards and seasonal themes
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with procurement teams
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
• Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing trends
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Participate in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Implement promotional strategies and support marketing initiatives
• Uphold Wynn’s brand values and ensure a refined, welcoming atmosphere for all guests

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
• High attention to detail, and commitment to brand excellence
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
