With Big Mammas rapid expansion, were taking an exciting step beyond Europe for the very first time - landing in Dubai! Were looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join La Squadra and lead the opening of our brand-new restaurant in the heart of the city.

Youll embody our core values of excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurship, and authenticity in your day-to-day work. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your main areas of responsibility will include :

Operations & Service Excellence

• Guarantee outstanding service : guarantee excellence, consistency, team coordination and speed of service in line with Big Mammas standards.
• Deliver a top-tier guest experience : oversee warm, attentive, and personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Uphold hygiene standards : guarantee a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the dining area.
• Oversee inventory : manage stock levels for wine, tableware, and uniforms, ensuring timely orders and proper usage.
• Cash handling : supervise daily cash operations, including register control and reporting.

Team Leadership & Development

• Support recruitment & onboarding : assist in hiring and integrating new team members, ensuring the best candidate experience.
• Contribute to team scheduling : help create and manage the teams weekly planning, ensuring optimal staffing levels and a fair distribution of shifts.
• Train and inspire : share your expertise and passion, leading by example and cultivating excellence within the team.
• Promote team cohesion : foster a respectful, inclusive, and motivating work environment where everyone feels valued.
• Coordinate departments : ensure strong communication and collaboration between all the teams at the restaurant.
