Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, ensure service quality, and maintain hygiene and safety standards while driving customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on inventory control, scheduling, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fast-food, QSR, or hospitality restaurants.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team supervision.
• Experience in staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
