Job summary

Rakbank in Dubai is seeking an operations professional to manage all account workflows with support from SRMs/VP, delivering precise service to customers and resolving queries efficiently.

The role includes handling WBG tasks with accuracy, promoting online banking to reduce queries, and maintaining up-to-date trade licenses per bank norms, while assisting in MIS work and upholding staff conduct to support department efficiency.

• Carry out WBG tasks ensuring timely completed activities with high accuracy and service quality
• Promote and assist online Banking Transactions to minimize account-related queries
• Update Trade license per bank norms

Job description

Functional Responsibilities:

• 1. To handle all operational work of all accounts with the assistance of SRMs/ VP
• 2. Provides specialist information, guidance and advice to customers through the delivery of excellent customer service to resolve customer queries within an acceptable time and achieve customer satisfaction.
• 3. Carries out all WBG tasks ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
• 4. To promote and assist in implementing online Banking Transaction to all accounts in order to minimize their account related queries.
• 5. To ensure regular update of Trade license as per Bank's norms from time to time.

Core Responsibilities:

• 1. To address queries related to Call Back, Cheques held for insufficient funds, signature mismatch, SAS, FIRCO, IBPS, BO and Court Orders alerts and inform/ update the RM accordingly.
• 2. Follow up on customer request, salary files, GPSSA, TTs and EFT submitted and take appropriate action.
• 3. To assist VP in managing the Fixed Deposit and maintain appropriate record
• 4. To assist VP/SVP in finalizing MIS work/presentations on Assets & liability book of the Unit
• 5. To perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the efficiency and output of the department.
• 6. Always comply with the staff code of conduct to ensure a positive image of the bank is presented to all our customers both internal and external.
