Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar in Dubai seeks an Assistant Reception and Reservation Manager to lead the reception and reservations team. You will ensure every guest feels part of the LPM family from the first booking to departure.

You will manage bookings across phone, email and online, support the team, and handle large reservations while maintaining accurate guest profiles and reporting. اليد

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the same role in a similar restaurant, managing a team of at least 8 people.
• Excellent English, spoken and written.
• Strong guest service skills, including complaint handling and guest relations.
• Confident with reservation software, POS and cash handling.
• Organised, with an eye for detail and good reporting skills.
• Natural mentor with a warm, professional presence.
• Solid knowledge of the F&B industry in Dubai.

The Role

As Assistant Reception and Reservation Manager you support the Reception and Reservations Manager in leading the team that welcomes every guest. You are the first and last impression of the restaurant making sure each guest feels part of the LPM family from the first booking to the moment you leave
