Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai Beachfront is seeking an Assistant Reception and Reservation Manager to lead the guest reception and reservations team, ensuring every guest feels part of the LPM family from booking to departure.

You will handle phone, email and online bookings, support the team, manage daily book and profiles, and collaborate with Guest Relations and floor staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the same role in a similar restaurant.
• Ability to manage a team of 8+ staff.
• Excellent spoken and written English; other languages a plus.
• Strong guest service and complaint handling skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai F&B industry.

The Role

As Assistant Reception and Reservation Manager, you support the Reception and Reservations Manager in leading the team that welcomes every guest. You are the first and last impression of the restaurant, making sure each guest feels part of the LPM family from the first booking to the moment they leave.

What You'll Do

• Handle bookings across phone, email and online


• Support the team and step up when needed


• Help manage covers and the daily book


• Keep guest profiles accurate and useful


• Work closely with Guest Relations and the floor


• Handle special requests and larger bookings

What You Need

• 3 to 5 years in the same role in a similar restaurant, managing a team of at least 8 people


• Excellent English, spoken and written. Other languages are a plus


• Strong guest service skills, including complaint handling and guest relations


• Confident with reservation software, POS and cash handling


• Organised, with an eye for detail and good reporting skills


• Natural mentor with a warm, professional presence


• Solid knowledge of the F&B industry in Dubai
