Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai Beachfront is seeking an Assistant Reception and Reservation Manager to lead the guest reception and reservations team, ensuring every guest feels part of the LPM family from booking to departure.

You will handle phone, email and online bookings, support the team, manage daily book and profiles, and collaborate with Guest Relations and floor staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the same role in a similar restaurant.
• Ability to manage a team of 8+ staff.
• Excellent spoken and written English; other languages a plus.
• Strong guest service and complaint handling skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings across phone, email and online.
• Support the Reception and Reservations Manager and team.
• Assist in managing covers and the daily book.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations and floor staff.
• Handle special requests and large bookings.
