Aldar Education is seeking a dynamic School Leader to join Mubarak Bin Mohammed (Cycle 2&3) Charter School in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on directing staff, ensuring a safe, effective learning environment and driving school improvement in line with ADEK regulations.

You will collaborate with the SLT, supervise teachers and support staff, and oversee assessments, data reporting, and CPD planning to raise standards and student achievement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Education or B.Sc with PGCE essential; Master’s degree desirable.
• Experience in middle leadership roles.
• Ability to lead school initiatives that improve standards and achievement.

Aufgaben

• Direct and quality assure staff and students to maintain a safe, orderly learning environment.
• Support and manage the annual school assessment and master schedule with SLT.
• Collaborate with Principal and Vice Principal to supervise teachers and curriculum staff.
• Lead screening and interviewing applicants for non-teaching positions.
• Implement student achievement improvement plans in line with ADEK and Aldar guidance.
• Oversee MAP/Exact Path achievement plans and testing schedules.
• Collaborate with SLT on instructional methods and programs.
• Plan CPD for staff development and professional growth.
• Prepare and submit required reports and data on time.
• Foster collaboration with administrators and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the School Principal.
