Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking an experienced educational leader to join Mubarak Bin Mohammed Cycle 2 and 3 Charter School in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role centers on academic leadership, student achievement, school improvement, assessment coordination and staff development.

Working with the Principal, Vice Principal and SLT, you will uphold high standards of teaching and learning, implement MAP and Exact Path programs, analyze performance data, and drive professional development for teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a B.Sc. with PGCE is required.
• A Master’s degree is desirable.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a middle leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading school initiatives that improved educational standards and student achievement.
• Strong knowledge of effective teaching and learning practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and quality assure the activities of staff and students to maintain a safe, orderly and productive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the Principal, Vice Principal and SLT to support effective school operations.
• Assist in supervising and evaluating teachers, supervisors and curriculum support staff as assigned.
• Support the implementation of school policies, educational priorities and academic expectations.
• Coordinate academic schedules, reporting requirements and school improvement activities.
