Responsabilidades

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee pool bar operations and ensure service excellence.
• Deliver Thoughtful Service: Anticipate guest needs and resolve feedback with warmth.
• Inspire the Team: Supervise pool bar staff and foster a service-focused culture.
• Develop Talent: Support staff appraisals, coaching, and beverage knowledge.
• Set the Standard: Lead daily briefings on occupancy, VIPs, events, and priorities.
• Uphold Brand Excellence: Implement policies and service standards with accountability.
• Maximise Revenue: Drive sales through cocktails and poolside promotions.
• Manage Costs and Stock: Assist budgeting, inventory, and ordering with Stores.
• Maintain Impeccable Presentation: Ensure high standards of setup and cleanliness.
• Champion Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety, COSHH, risk assessments.
• Ensure Accurate Controls: Keep precise records and cash-handling procedures.
• Foster Accountability: Monitor performance and address disciplinary matters.
• Create Seamless Collaboration: Coordinate with resort departments for smooth service.
• Lead with Professionalism: Maintain grooming and a luxe service mindset.
