Job summary

Hilton Conrad Dubai is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Bliss 6 to lead daily pool-bar operations and deliver luxury service. You will inspire the team, manage costs, and uphold the highest standards of presentation and safety in a on-site, premium setting.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction through thoughtful service, staff development, and proactive collaboration with other resort departments, contributing to a seamless, memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee pool bar operations, ensuring seamless service, operational efficiency, and high standards.
• Deliver Thoughtful Service: Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with warmth and professionalism.
• Inspire the Team: Supervise pool bar colleagues during shifts, fostering collaboration and focus on service.
• Develop Talent: Support staff appraisals, coaching, and recognition while strengthening beverage knowledge.
• Set the Standard: Conduct daily briefings on occupancy, VIPs, events, and priorities.
• Uphold Brand Excellence: Assist Restaurant Manager with policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maximise Revenue: Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and upselling.
• Manage Costs and Stock: Assist budgeting, revenue reporting, and stock control.
• Maintain Impeccable Presentation: Ensure cleanliness and readiness of pool bar and stations.
• Champion Safety and Compliance: Enforce health, safety, hygiene and COSHH requirements.
• Ensure Accurate Controls: Maintain records, cash-handling, and audit-ready docs.
• Foster Accountability: Monitor performance and handle disciplinary matters fairly.
• Create Seamless Collaboration: Coordinate with resort departments for a polished guest experience.
• Lead with Professionalism: Maintain grooming and a professional image.
