Job summary

Assistant Pastry Chef at Flip retail in Dubai is responsible for daily patisserie preparation, following recipes, and maintaining prep listings to support store needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, breads and patisserie items as assigned.
• Daily pastry and food preparation according to store requirements.
• Adhere to recipes, portion controls and event requirements.
• Maintain prep lists of station duties.
• Follow FIFO to optimize quality and freshness.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Keep prep areas and tools clean and adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Daily food & patisserie preparation of the store according to Firm requirements.
• Adhere to recipes, part controls and discussion requirements as established by the occasion space
• Maintain a prep listing of station duties.
• Comply with the FIFO approach to take full advantage of quality.
• Assist in food inventory as well as control.
• Aid in appropriately getting and keeping delivered things.
• Clean food prep areas, devices, tools and also strictly comply with cleanliness, food safety and security, and also health guidelines.
• Other duties or duties as designated or required.

Prospect Requirement:

• Fluent in English
