Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in a luxury hospitality setting. You will lead the sales team, develop strategic plans, recruit and coach staff, and build lasting relationships with key clients to secure market share.

The role requires a track record of meeting targets, strong communication, and the ability to analyze market trends while collaborating with upper management.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Responsibilities
