Aldhafra Resort, a serene desert retreat near Abu Dhabi, seeks an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the outlet under the F&B Manager, driving revenue, standards, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a supervisory or management role in F&B operations
• Strong Mediterranean cuisine and service background
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of cost control and inventory management
• Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and service excellence
• Proficiency in POS and reservation systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, SevenRooms)
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
• A college/university degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Committed, reliable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

About the Job

The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient operations, and strong team performance. Working under the guidance of the F&B Manager, this role drives revenue, maintains departmental standards, ensures operational compliance, and upholds the highest levels of service quality. The Assistant Outlet Manager takes full ownership of the outlet, leading the team and ensuring all operational, financial, and guest satisfaction objectives are achieved.

About You

• Proven experience (2–4 years) in a supervisory or management role in F&B operations
• Strong Mediterranean cuisine and service background, with a solid understanding of Mediterranean dining concepts, culinary offerings, and service standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of cost control and inventory management
• Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and service excellence
