Emirates Islamic is seeking a Retail Risk Analyst to assess and approve Home Finance applications within delegated authority, ensuring sound credit judgments and strict adherence to lending policies, Sharia principles where applicable, and regulatory requirements.

You will monitor portfolio quality, track performance through MIS, support escalations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality service in English and Arabic.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Retail Credit, Home Finance, or Consumer Lending.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial assessment, lending policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and approve Retail Home Finance applications within delegated authority.
• Review remedial and exception cases and ensure timely decisions.
• Monitor portfolio quality, productivity, and operational performance via MIS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, audit recommendations, and risk standards.
• Support the Senior Manager in managing escalations and coaching team members.
