Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking a Finance – RBWM Unit team member to manage finance activities, budget monitoring, and financial reporting for the EI RBWM business. You will collaborate across channels and cost-linked projects, ensuring data accuracy and governance.

The role targets individuals with foundational accounting qualifications, attention to detail, and the ability to support NSC MI and audit documentation within a leading Islamic bank in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance operations or accounting support, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials or SAP is preferred.
• Pursuing or holding a foundational accounting qualification (CAT, AAT or equivalent) is preferred.
• ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Understanding of internal controls, financial procedures and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within core reporting systems.
• Process routine financial transactions in line with established procedures and reporting deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial governance and documentation standards.
• Support financial reporting and business performance analysis through accurate data collation.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies, processing delays and system issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation for audit and reconciliation purposes.
