Job summary

Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Manager – Analytics & Reporting to lead BI initiatives, translate business questions into metrics, and deliver dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

The role requires stakeholder management, solid BI delivery experience, and hands-on capability across design, development, testing, release and post-launch support. A collaborative IT environment and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft Fabric certification is preferred.
• Relevant enterprise experience in BI, analytics, reporting and dashboard delivery.
• Proven ability to independently manage stakeholders and translate business questions into metrics, user stories and dashboard specs.
• Hands-on experience delivering Power BI dashboards from concept, design and development through testing, release and support.

Responsibilities

• Own BI initiatives from requirements and design through development, testing, release and support.
• Coordinate with business users and IT teams, manage priorities and communicate progress.
• Lead BI developers and ensure timely, high-quality delivery and governance.
• Apply BI standards, data governance and KPI definitions across projects.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the BI team.
