Job summary

Ejadah in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Fit-Out / Tenant Projects to oversee delivery of tenant Fit-Out projects in DIFC, Dubai, from initiation to close-out.

You will coordinate with landlords, tenants, contractors and consultants, ensuring DIFC compliance and timely progress across milestones. Strong leadership and site-inspection skills are essential for success in premium commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant Fit-Out projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, contractors and consultants.
• Ensure DIFC compliance with designs and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, reviews and quality checks.
• Prepare Retail Delivery milestones aligned with lease terms.
• Supervise Fit-Out works and coordinate contractors to milestones.
• Lead the Fit-Out team and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor technical issues and statutory project criteria.
• Oversee Lease Outline Drawings and Tenant Fit-Out Manuals.
• Conduct Fit-Out induction meetings for tenants and contractors.
• Manage project documentation for close-out and progress reports.
• Maintain regular landlord communications on progress and changes.
• Present project progress updates to internal stakeholders.
• Lead weekly update meetings with the landlord.
• Conduct weekly site walks and monitor against work programmes.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Fit-Out / Tenant Projects to oversee the successful delivery of tenant Fit-Out projects within DIFC, Dubai, from initial coordination through execution, inspection and final project close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tenant Fit-Out projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure all Fit-Out activities comply with DIFC requirements, approved designs, Fit-Out guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, project reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and required standards.
• Prepare and issue Retail Delivery milestones in accordance with lease requirements.
• Supervise tenant Fit-Out works and coordinate with contractors to ensure progress against agreed milestones.
• Lead and guide the Fit-Out team, providing direction and support to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor Fit-Out-related technical issues and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and project criteria.
• Oversee or prepare Lease Outline Drawings (LOD), Tenant Fit-Out Manuals and Logistics Manuals.
• Conduct Fit-Out induction meetings for tenants and contractors, explaining project procedures and requirements.
• Manage project documentation and technical records required for project close-out.
• Maintain regular communication with the landlord regarding project progress, milestones, risks, issues and changes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead weekly project update meetings with the landlord.
• Conduct weekly site walks for ongoing projects and monitor progress against submitted work programmes.
