Durham School Dubai is seeking an outstanding educational leader to drive excellence in pedagogy, curriculum planning, and assessment across all phases. You will oversee curriculum design aligned with a British curriculum and KHDA readiness, guiding teaching quality and data-informed instruction.

The role requires proven senior leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff, foster collaboration, and lead school improvement initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• Teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent.
• Experience leading whole-school teaching and learning initiatives.
• Knowledge of KHDA inspection framework is desirable.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the KHDA inspection framework is desirable.
