Key Responsibilities
- Articulate and implement a clear vision for the Key Stage aligned with school ethos
- Lead curriculum planning, monitoring, and evaluation to accelerate student progress
- Oversee tracking systems for attainment, attendance, assessment, and behaviour
- Support Behaviour for Learning policy implementation and student wellbeing
- Promote High Performance Learning philosophy and measurable learner outcomes
- Lead professional development initiatives and foster a collaborative culture
- Contribute to school-wide strategic planning and resource management
- Ensure compliance with DSIB inspection standards and UAE regulatory frameworks
- Liaise with Senior Leadership Team on performance data and intervention strategies
- Promote positive behaviour, equality of opportunity, and student engagement
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Support transition arrangements and enrichment opportunities
Ideal Profile
- Minimum three years leadership experience within Primary or Key Stage setting
- Proven record of driving improvement in teaching and learning
- Strong understanding of DSIB framework and inspection processes
- Experience implementing High Performance Learning strategies preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively
- Outstanding classroom practitioner with curriculum expertise
- Excellent communication and IT proficiency
- Ability to develop and execute strategic improvement plans
- Enhanced DBS or equivalent police clearance
