Restaurant Manager

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant in Abu Dhabi, the Restaurant Manager will ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This individual will be in charge of managing staff, handling customer complaints, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring they are properly trained and providing high-quality service to customers
• Create schedules for staff and assign duties as needed to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when necessary
• Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment by enforcing health codes and safety regulations
• Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
• Develop strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing ones

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, sanitation standards, inventory management, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
