Leading Property Developer in the UAE is seeking an experienced Community Manager – Owners’ Association to oversee day-to-day operations of residential communities, ensuring service quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction. You will coordinate with residents, owners, tenants, contractors and service providers; manage budgets and FM services; and prepare reports for leadership.

UAE experience is essential and a strong stakeholder manager will thrive in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Community Management/UAE
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property and Owners’ Association regulations
• Experience managing residential communities or large developments
• UAE experience is essential

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Owners’ Association and community
• Coordinate with residents, owners, tenants, contractors, and service providers
• Oversee community facilities, maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and FM services
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and Owners’ Association requirements
• Manage service providers, contracts, budgets, and community-related expenses
• Handle resident and owner queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Organize and coordinate Owners’ Association meetings and communications
• Monitor community standards, health & safety, and service quality
• Prepare reports, budgets, operational updates, and management presentations
• Work closely with the property developer and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth community operations

• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Good understanding of FM, maintenance, budgeting, and community operations
• UAE experience is essential
