Job summary

Client of Alliance Recruitment Agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced chef to assist the Chef with daily kitchen operations, ingredient preparation, and consistent cooking to recipe standards. The role requires 8–10 years of culinary experience and a strong knowledge of Yemeni cuisine.

You will supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, ensure food safety and hygiene, and coordinate with the team to deliver timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and Yemeni cuisine.
• Experience managing kitchen staff and maintaining food quality.
