Job summary

Keolishyderabad is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support RAMS, FRACAS, and asset performance initiatives for Dubai Metro. The role focuses on failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and governance across maintenance programs to improve reliability and lifecycle costs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure audit-ready documentation. This position is based in Dubai with potential site travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability engineering domain.
• Failure Investigation and root cause analysis.
• FRACAS and RAMS Performance analysis.
• Knowledge of Rail Systems and Interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead FRACAS process, ETI / PCA tracking, failure trend analysis, root cause investigations, defect elimination to support asset reliability improvements with minimal supervision.
• Liaise with Engineering and Maintenance teams to consolidate the Asset Condition Score for monitoring Asset Health status.
• Support in Reliability Analysis & Improvement (Fault Trends, RAMS, MIP) for Dubai Metro Asset as per the agreed frequency and deliver the BAU requirements.
• Coordinate and control changes proposed in the PM program (MAT – Maintenance Activities Table).
• Execute engineering governance activities through the Engineering Master Tracker and Engineering Calendar, ensuring effective oversight and timely closure of ETI actions, obsolescence mitigation initiatives, critical items, SAMP/AAMP actions, maintenance improvement plans, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and other engineering initiatives.
• Utilize engineering assurance outputs to maintain audit readiness and support compliance requirements.
• Perform other assignments as requested by Senior Management.
• Support Asset & Maintenance Improvement Manager in failure analysis and asset performance assessment and generate reports.
