Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Reliability & Asset Performance Engineer in Abu Dhabi to support strategic asset management across FRACAS, OM, ETI and SPoF domains. You will lead RAMS analyses, root cause investigations and defect elimination to improve asset reliability and reduce lifecycle cost, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics Mechanical).
• Experience in reliability engineering domain.
• Failure Investigation and root cause analysis.
• FRACAS and RAMS Performance analysis.
• Knowledge of Rail Systems and Interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Asset Management Plans and monitor RAMS objectives.
• Lead FRACAS process, ETI/PCA tracking and root cause investigations.
• Coordinate PM program changes and ensure governance through the ECM Master Tracker.
• Develop and optimize asset reliability processes and data quality using BI tools.
