Job summary

Keolis.MHI in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead RAMS, FRACAS, and asset performance initiatives. You will drive RCAs, monitor failure trends, and collaborate with maintenance teams to improve asset reliability and lifecycle costs.

The role requires experience in railway reliability and RAMS methodologies, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical).
• Experience in reliability engineering domain, failure investigation and root-cause analysis.
• FRACAS and RAMS performance analysis; knowledge of Rail Systems and Interfaces.
• ISO55001 standards familiarity and Railway RAMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead FRACAS process, ETI / PCA tracking, failure trend analysis and root cause investigations to improve asset reliability.
• Coordinate changes in the PM program and engineering governance activities.
• Support RAMS reporting and asset health assessment; generate reports for stakeholders.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver asset management plans and cost improvements.
