ADNOC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Asset Integrity professional to coordinate and update the Integrity Management System (IMS) and its procedures across facilities. You will lead the creation, maintenance, and auditing of the Integrity Management Plan (IMP) and ensure data quality in collaboration with Maintenance, Inspection, and Operations teams.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the Integrity Management System (IMS) database and applications; participate in the development and maintenance of procedures for IMS implementation and reporting/auditing.
• Coordinate between Integrity unit and Maintenance/Inspection/Operations for data gathering and data quality checks before updating to the database.
• Coordinate the issuance and regular review/update of the Integrity Management Plan (IMP) for all facilities through the IMS software; coordinate IMP implementation and evaluate effectiveness via verifications/audits.
• Ensure integrity requirements for all new plants and equipment; inspect, initiate and prepare technical reports for installations.
• Update IMS procedures, coordinate risk assessments and threat analyses for pipeline segments to update IMS manuals.
• Monitor pro-actively technical integrity of plant equipment and highlight overdue inspections, critical recommendations and failures to Operating Authority.
• Identify integrity-related issues and coordinate their resolution; determine IMP reassessment intervals and methods for all assets.
• Follows-up implementation of approved recommendations via site visits and ensures activities meet approved plans.
• Establish consistent integrity reporting formats and coordinate with other disciplines for data interpretation improvements.
• Participate in HAZOP studies and Root Cause Analysis of incidents; support audits and action-tracking.
• Coordinate quarterly integrity reports for Management & Shareholders and weekly integrity reports.
