Job summary

ENOC in Dubai is seeking an Asset Integrity Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain the Asset Integrity Management system for Emirates Gas, including strategy and program oversight.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical engineering and at least five years in oil industry inspection and maintenance of pressure vessels and piping, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical) from a reputed institute.
• Good analytical ability and trouble shooting skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and periodically update EMGAS Asset Integrity Manual.
• Ensure the asset registry for all fixed equipment is maintained.
• Assess and monitor condition of critical equipment to ensure integrity.
• Review and update master data in SAP as directed.
• Support risk-based inspection programs to improve asset integrity.
• Develop and monitor asset integrity strategies for loss containment.
• Carry out analysis of inspection programs and initiate corrective action.
• Troubleshoot fixed equipment problems and apply RCA practices.
• Maintain anomaly management system and reflect degradations accurately.
• Support Asset Integrity management KPIs and day-to-day maintenance activities.
