Job summary

Emirates Gas is seeking an Asset Integrity Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain the Asset Integrity Management system for its facilities. You will oversee programs for pressure vessels, piping, and related equipment, performing RCA investigations and supporting budget preparation.

The role requires a degree in Engineering and at least 5 years in oil industry inspection and maintenance, with expertise in ASME/API/NDT codes and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical) from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 5 years of Oil industry experience in Inspection & Maintenance of Pressure vessels & Piping.
• ASME/API/NDT knowledge and related codes are essential.
• ASNT NDT Level II certificate desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update EMGAS Asset Integrity Manual.
• Maintain asset registry for all fixed equipment.
• Assess and monitor condition of pressure vessels, pipelines, safety relief devices, and other critical equipment.
• Review and update master and transactional data in SAP.
• Support risk-based inspection programs to improve asset integrity.
• Develop and implement asset integrity condition management strategies for loss containment.
• Analyze inspection and conditioning programs and initiate corrective action.
