Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a senior asset management professional to lead governance across RTA assets, ensuring accurate inventory, registration, and valuation. You will supervise inspections, oversee electronic auctions, and coordinate land registration with relevant authorities, aligning with strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering is required.
• 9+ years of experience with Master’s or 11+ years with Bachelor’s degree in asset management/engineering.
• Certifications such as CAMA or ISO 55001 implementation/audit are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own authority-wide asset governance and performance metrics.
• Oversee inventory, registration, valuation, inspections, and revenue-focused asset exploitation.
• Coordinate land/asset registrations with Dubai Municipality/Land Department; align with approved activities.
• Manage auctions, asset rentals, and contractor performance; ensure timely reporting.
• Lead asset-data quality initiatives with Finance; monitor ATS/registration data quality.
