Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Governance and Portfolio Management professional to support RTA's project, program, and portfolio governance practices. You will coordinate governance activities, track performance, prepare analytical reports, and ensure compliance with established standards.

The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience (8+ with bachelor) and a Bachelor's or Master's in business administration. You will collaborate with senior management to improve governance processes and drive value

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in business administration or its equivalent.
Experience: 6+ years with master's degree; 8+ years with bachelor's in related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project and portfolio governance activities including reviews, steering committees, and governance forums.
Monitor project performance, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource usage; flag issues for management attention.
Prepare executive reports, presentations, and portfolio status updates for senior management.
Facilitate coordination among project managers, departments, and stakeholders to support delivery and issue resolution.
Track implementation of governance requirements and ensure compliance with standards.
Maintain governance records, lessons learned, and repository of project and portfolio documents.
