Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an Asset Management Manager to drive investment performance and optimize a real estate portfolio. You will develop asset plans, monitor cash flow, and work with investors and operators to enhance asset value.

The role requires 6+ years in asset management, strong Excel/financial modeling, and familiarity with UAE/GCC markets; CFA/CAIA/ACCA/CPA credentials are a plus. This is a strategic, growth-oriented position with extensive stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in asset management, investment analysis, or real estate finance.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio analysis, financial forecasting, valuation, and performance measurement.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into business decisions.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.
• CFA, CAIA, RICS, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement asset management plans based on business and investment objectives.
• Review asset performance, rental income, operating costs, cash flow, and financial results.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, occupancy, efficiency, and overall asset value.
• Prepare financial models, annual budgets, forecasts, valuations, and performance reports.
• Conduct market research and assess investment risks, trends, and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with property managers, operators, investors, consultants, and external partners.
• Monitor leasing strategies, maintenance plans, refurbishment projects, and capital expenditure.
• Track asset-level KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support acquisition, disposal, refinancing, and portfolio restructuring initiatives.
• Ensure asset strategies remain aligned with financial targets, governance standards, and investment objectives.
