Job summary

Al Marwan Group seeks a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our civil road and asphalt projects team in the UAE. You will lead tendering, cost estimation, and pricing activities, coordinating with operations, procurement, and QA/QC to ensure competitive bids.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 3+ years in asphalt estimation and road construction, UAE experience preferred, and strong proficiency in Excel and costing tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering required.
• 3+ years in asphalt estimation and road construction.
• UAE road/infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, specs and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for asphalt and road works.
• Calculate material, labour, fuel, equipment and asphalt production costs; review supplier quotes.
• Prepare commercial quotations, pricing schedules and tender submissions; maintain records.
