AL Marwan General Contracting Company in the UAE seeks a qualified Estimator with proven experience in roads and infrastructure projects to join our Estimation Department.

The ideal candidate will excel in tendering, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, rate build-ups, and supplier/subcontractor quotation evaluation, with strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, specs, CESMM, and FIDIC familiarity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of roads and infrastructure estimation and tendering experience.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, specifications, and quantity measurement.
• Knowledge of CESMM or equivalent measurement methods is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation with detailed rate analysis.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and tendering procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing sheets, and detailed rate build-ups.
• Obtain, analyse, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify BOQ discrepancies, scope gaps, commercial risks, and cost implications.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive and accurate tender submissions.
• Support tender clarifications, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and final submissions.

Job Summary
