- SP is seeking a qualified Estimator with proven experience in roads and infrastructure projects to join our Estimation Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tendering, quantity take-offs, BOQ analysis, cost estimation, rate build-ups, and supplier/subcontractor quotation evaluation. The role requires reviewing tender documents, preparing accurate cost estimates, and evaluating quotations to support competitive submissions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of roads/infrastructure estimation and tendering experience.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, specs, and quantity measurement.
• Familiarity with CESMM or equivalent methods of measurement is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing sheets, and rate build-ups.
• Obtain, analyse, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify BOQ discrepancies, scope gaps, commercial risks, and cost implications.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive tender submissions.
• Support tender clarifications, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and final submissions.

• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and tendering procedures is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and organizational skills.
