Job summary

Amira AI in Dubai Silicon Oasis is seeking an energetic AI Engineer to transform customer problems into working AI agents. You will build and optimize workflows, prompts, and integrations to deliver fast, reliable solutions across channels for enterprise customers.

You will work with GoRunner and AgenticFlow, along with n8n, Make, Zapier and Power Automate, to automate processes and improve performance. Strong English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and API integrations.
• Practical experience with large language models and prompting.
• Excellent data handling with spreadsheets, SQL or Python.
• Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with voice bots or telephony is a plus but not required.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer problems into working AI agents with workflows and integrations behind them.
• Write prompts that sound natural and stay within guardrails.
• Analyze transcripts and call data to identify where conversations go wrong and drive fixes with tests and numbers.
• Contribute to a playbook of design patterns and test methods for repeatable solutions.

• Dig into transcripts and call data to find out where conversations go wrong, where cases don't get closed, and why. Turn those findings into fixes and prove with tests and numbers that the fix works
• Help build our playbook of design patterns and test methods, so good solutions become repeatable
• Talk to customers when it matters and translate between business and tech

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar), APIs and JSON — our stack is GoRunner and AgenticFlow (our own workflow enginges)
• Practical experience with LLMs and prompting
• Comfort with data: spreadsheets, ideally SQL or Python
• Experience in customer service, contact centres or customer-facing roles
• Experience with voice bots or telephony is a plus, not a must
• Very good English; Arabic is a plus
